1. *Allergy*: Kuch logon ko beetroot se allergy ho sakti hai, jisse gale mein kharash, itching ya swelling ho sakti hai.

1. *Safai*: Beetroot ko khane se pehle achhi tarah se dhokar saaf kar lein.

2. *Matra*: Beetroot ki matra adhik na lein, kyunki ismein kuch tatva hote hain jo adhik matra mein hanikarak ho sakte hain.

3. *Mishran*: Beetroot ko anya sabziyon ke saath milakar khane se iska swad aur poshak tatvon ka labh milta hai.
