Iron ki kami ka pata karne ke liye kuch lakshan aur test hote hain:

 Iron tablets lene se shareer mein iron ki kami door ho sakti hai, jisse anemia (lohe ki kami) se judi samasyaon mein sudhar aa sakta hai. Iron tablets lene ke fayde:

Iron tablets

2. *Twacha aur nail ki samasyaein*: Iron ki kami se twacha aur nail ki samasyaein ho sakti hain, jaise ki twacha sukh jati hai ya nail todte hain.

3. *Baalo ki samasyaein*: Iron ki kami se baalo ki samasyaein ho sakti hain, jaise ki baal todte hain ya kamzor hote hain.

4. *Sird dard aur chetna mein kami*: Iron ki kami se sird dard aur chetna mein kami ho sakti hai.


*Test:*


1. *Blood test*: Iron ki kami ka pata karne ke liye blood test kiya jata hai, jismein hemoglobin aur ferritin ki matra check ki jati hai.

2. *Ferritin test*: Ferritin test se shareer mein iron ki bhandar ki matra ka pata chalta hai.


Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapko iron ki kami hai, to doctor se paramarsh karna zaroori hai.
